INSTACARE is a fully online, medically managed weight-management service. Nutrition follow-up is delivered with a doctor, while fitness, psychological support and Patient Care coordination work around one connected plan.

Start Plan — 1,500 EGP: online consultation with a nutrition doctor, a personalized one-month plan, and Patient Care follow-up throughout the month.

Nutrition Only — 3,000 EGP: doctor-led nutrition care with 3 nutrition follow-ups during the month, Patient Care coordination and online support.

INSTACARE 360 — 1 Month — 6,000 EGP: medical visit, 3 nutrition follow-ups with a doctor, fitness session, psychological support session and dedicated Patient Care coordination.

INSTACARE 360 — 3 Months — 14,000 EGP: the full 360 care model each month for 3 months.

INSTACARE 360 — 6 Months — 27,000 EGP: the full 360 care model each month for 6 months.

All care is delivered online and coordinated within a medically managed journey.
